To better meet your needs, Trace Software implements new services and offers its customers three levels of subscription (Silver, Gold or Platinum) to get the most out of your contract.

Your current contract will automatically upgrade to the new subscription depending on the solution you have, but you will always be able to change this subscription to a higher level.

At the time of your annual renewal contract, we will inform you on your existing contract. You will be able to choose the type of subscription that best fits your needs.
